Research Newsletter

I am interested in all sorts of topics and occasionally I like to survey what other people think. Over the next couple of years I will be looking for people to help me with some astrological research for an MA I am studying at the University of Wales, Trinity St David’s.

If you might be interested in helping me out, I would be very grateful if you signed up to receive updates and information about the surveys I work on. It is entirely up to you whether you choose to complete them, and there will always be some more appropriate for you than others.

There is no requirement for you to believe in astrology, or anything else for that matter. After all, it is always helpful to have a cohort of sceptics as a useful control mechanism.

At this stage, all you have to do is tell me your name and address so I can contact you when I send out the next survey. They will be infrequent, perhaps once or twice each year, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

You will always get an opportunity to ask to see the results, if you would like them too. And occasionally, I will post them on my Substack blog. All research reports will be anonymised, so your personal information will never be shared with anyone else and no-one need ever know you are even interested in weird subjects like astrology!

Thanks,
Linda

Current Research Projects

This research project is working with astrologers. If you are an astrologer, or happen to know one or two, I would be very grateful if you would pass this information along to them.

The Impact of Technology on Astrology in the 2020’s

In the last decade, digital technology has advanced in unanticipated ways, offering more choice regarding access, economics and communication. This has changed how the average user of digital technologies engages online, and has impacted astrologers in ways unimaginable in 2015, the last time this topic was considered.
