How does one-to-one work?
It depends on where you are and the type of coaching we agree might work. I use online meeting software for regular or one-off sessions, or I am happy to meet face-to-face here in West Dorset. Some types of work must be done in person, such as one or two-day intensives. In these instances, you will need to book accommodation locally to join me each day.
We focus on what YOU want to get out of our time together. I’m simply a guide who can hear what you do and don’t say, and reflect that to you, often joining dots that may not be immediately obvious. I will not tell you what to do, but I may share examples of what has worked for me, or other people I know. The decision to act or not will always be your own.
What will it cost me?
It depends on the type of work we agree is appropriate and the duration of that agreement. Typically, a one-hour session will cost £45.
What can you help me with?
I generally work with people who feel stuck in some way, such as in their creative life, or their sense of well-being. I also work with individuals who have a specific project in mind related to my particular skillset, for example, self-publishing, marketing their work, building an author platform, or starting a new writing business.
I work increasingly frequently with people who want to review and revise their digital footprint.
Often, most clients just need a single session to unstick a problem they have.
How do I book?
Before we start coaching we need to have a brief conversation online to decide whether working together is right for you. If I am not, I should be able to point you in the right direction. Please fill in the form below and I will get back to you with some suggested dates and times for an initial conversation.
